In terms of service, it is business as usual. Every member of our team will remain in the business and continue to play an active role in the day-to-day management of the business. As an appointed member of the Proinsight Board, Jill Spencer will also maintain an influence on the strategic direction of the business, working alongside the other Board members, to drive sustainable growth for the benefit of our clients, our team and our company.

Since then, the brand has established a respected presence in several sectors including leisure, hospitality, retail and entertainment, employing a team of 15 and managing a network of more than 40,000 mystery shoppers located throughout the UK. Like ReactCX, Proinsight is an elite member of the Mystery Shopping Professionals Association (MSPA) Europe and Africa.
